This is a reversible 'cigar structured' hat with red & white candy stripes on one side and HO*HO*HO words on the other. The hat is knitted in-the-round, starting with double-pointed needles to form the first crown. As the stitches increase, the stitches are then transferred to a circular needle, to create the two rises of the cigar hat, and then stitches are once again decreased to form the second crown. After the hat is knitted, one side of the ‘cigar’ is folded up into the other side creating a double-sided hat which is extra warm for particularly cold days.
